Hy-Lok Corporation, our parent company, was founded in Korea in 1977. Since then, the company has experienced tremendous growth, earning a reputation as the highest quality instrument valve and fitting company in Asia. The company incorporated in less than a year since its founding. Hy-Lok Corporation was listed on the KOSDAQ Market in 1989.

In the 1990s, Hy-Lok Corporation began expanding its operations internationally. Hy-Lok Europe was established in 1995 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, followed by Hy-Lok USA a few years later. In the 2000s, Hy-Lok began establishing itself all over Asia, including Hy-Lok Asia in 2001, and Hy-Lok China in 2007. In 2008, Hy-Lok also qualified as an official vendor by Exxonmobil Nigeria.

Hose Master

The ability to build custom-designed manufacturing equipment also enables Hose Master to produce products to a higher standard than those made by off-the-shelf equipment. With “standard” equipment, quality and performance features are determined by the equipment’s limitations. In contrast, Hose Master first determines the quality and performance features of the customer needs, then builds the machinery to make products perfectly suited for that application.

Hose Master’s highly trained staff uses state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment at its 350,000-square-foot facility in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as it’s other facilities in Houston, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Reno, Nevada. These facilities produce large volumes of high-quality hose assemblies fabricated by a team of 90+ certified ASME IX welders.

To assure the highest quality, Hose Master tests 100% of the hoses that are released from its facilities, and has a state-of-the-art failure analysis lab where detailed reports can be compiled in the event of a failure.

Winters

The founding of the company can be traced back to the former central European republic of Czechoslovakia, where Mechanika Bratislava, an instrumentation factory, was formed in 1925. Its founder, Mr. Erwin Winters, re-established the business in Toronto, Canada in 1953 under the name, “Winters Thermogauges”. The company later became known as Winters Instruments.

One of our specialties is custom Industrial hose assemblies with hose fittings that are manufactured in-house via CNC precision machining. We accommodate smaller or larger quantities, according to your requirements. FlexFit Hose services several manufacturing markets with our industrial hose products.

Receiving any hose assemblies or machined parts that have not been cleaned, at minimum is an unsightly issue. However, it can impact your production expectations as well, if requiring additional time and, or resources to get your product investment into production. Every FlexFit hose assembly is cleaned to be free of particles & debris – inside & out. All fittings are put through our cleaning process as well.

The Harris Products Group is a world leader in metal working products used in the brazing, soldering, welding, cutting and gas distribution industries. The company was formed in 2006 with the merger of Harris Calorific, Inc., a manufacturer of gas welding and cutting equipment and gas regulation and distribution systems, and the J.W. Freelin-Wade

Freelin-Wade was started in 1980 behind the vision of our founder Fred Plews to, “Find a need and fill it.” Fred’s long career building dental equipment led him to design a special polyurethane tube for that industry. His high-performance tubing became the foundation for Freelin-Wade.

We quickly learned that polyurethane not only works great in dental equipment but has applications across virtually all industries. In the decades that have followed, we’ve been expanding our product line to include more than 4,000 stock items. In addition, we have increased our custom capabilities so we can do an infinite range of variations.

The company that started in Fred’s garage now employs more than 100 people in a large manufacturing center in McMinnville, Oregon.
